Obligatory Late Posting of Doom
Wow! I guess I’m extremely late with this entry aren’t I? From the moment I woke up today I’ve been really busy though… Busy with being lazy. I spent the first few hours reading a book, about a half hour visiting with a friend and then the next few hours finish the book. The only real work that I’ve done is spending about a half hour going though educational workbooks with my daughter. Of course, I did get a call from someone at work who wanted me to cover a 10pm – 4am shift today, which I gladly accepted. That’s probably the justification that I used for my laziness.
In any case, that’s why I haven’t posted yet today and that’s why I still have a 1,000 paper to write for school and about 2,700 words to write in my NaNoWriMo book. Even though I have a lot of writing to do for NaNoWriMo, the last week or so of writing has been really good for me to learn what’s really important in a first draft, which is getting it done!
